Professional Resources for First Responders
Mobile Crisis Outreach teams (also called MCOTs) are available in every Utah county. They’re crisis workers who drive out to meet you at home, work, school, or somewhere public, face-to-face and heart-to-heart. They come in their own personal vehicles to protect your privacy and their services are free. Just contact 988 to set up a meeting.
